Do you take suggestions on future products

-Yes, we love filling voids for our friends. Every suggestion will be considered by us at Urbanity Grooming CO. In the subject line put Suggestions.




I have allergies. How do I know your products will be safe to use on my skin 

Each product will be accompanied with an ingredients list. If you know you are sensitive to specific oils or other ingredients, please read thoroughly.




What is the shelf life of Urbanity Grooming products 

-Our products are made from natural ingredients, have a 2-year shelf life. If this is not the case the product will inform you. 




Are Urbanity Grooming products safe for use on children?

-Yes, However, we would like them to be at least high school aged. The effect of some natural ingredients can be a bit much your you kids. 




Do you test any of your products on animals?  

-Absolutely not, the only beast we do product testing on is the founder and his friends. 




Can women use Urbanity products?

-Yes, the all-natural ingredients can be used by anyone and the founder may have had a couple products from up missing from his bathroom only to be found in a woman's bathroom 




How will I know if my order successfully went through?  

-You will receive an order confirmation email which contains the details of your order. Please save this email for your record as it is your receipt. It includes your order number, the details of the products and prices, taxes, shipping method and charges (if applicable), and shipping and billing information. ***




What forms of payment do you accept? 

-We accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal



 

Can I return or exchange my order?  

-We aim to please, so 100% is the goal, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of purchase to process a hassle-free exchange.  




Can I track my order?

-Absolutely a tracking number will be provided to you shortly after your purchase. 



 

I am interested in carrying Frederick Benjamin products at my retail or barbershop location. How do I get information about wholesale prices?  

-We strongly encourage it, drop us an email at contactus@urbanitygroomingco.com and in the subject put wholesale retail or whole barbershop




Do you ship outside the U.S?

-Yes why yes we do




What if I receive an order that is not correct?  

-If you receive the wrong product(s), please send us an email at contactus@urbanitygroomingco.com. We will we will ship you the correct product and make arrangement to return the product you didn’t order.  




What do I do if my package arrives damaged?  

-If you receive damaged product in the mail, such as a leaky or broken bottle, we deeply apologize. Please email us at urbanitygroomingco.com, with a photo of your damaged product, and we will send out a replacement product to you immediately. A replacement product will typically ship within 24 hours of receiving your email. on the subject line just put damaged product.




What is your refund policy?  

-If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Urbanity Grooming Co. product(s) in all the original packaging within the first 15 days of the date of purchase for a full 100% refund. Email us with your order number and what you are not happy with and we will provide directions for returns.




How long will it take my order to arrive?  

-Your product(s) will arrive within 5-7 business days after you place your order. In some rare cases, products take longer to arrive due to factors out of our control.
